What this system is

AeroAI is a demonstration platform for examination and candidate enablement workflows. It is not an official DGCA or Government of India system — licensing remains entirely with eGCA — and nothing it issues (Computer Numbers, results, certificates, rankings, references) has regulatory effect.

Demo data

All pre-loaded accounts, candidates, organisations, scores, and rankings are synthetic. Do not enter real personal data — real Aadhaar numbers, real dates of birth, or genuine identity documents — into this environment.

Data protection posture

The platform is designed for readiness under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (Rules notified 14 Nov 2025; substantive obligations phase in to 13 May 2027): role-gated access to personal records, an append-only audit trail of every access-relevant action, and minimisation (only the last four digits of an Aadhaar number are stored — full numbers are redacted out of document text and stored images).

Signed-in candidates have a self-service data surface at Privacy & my data: an itemised consent ledger, a one-click export of the personal data held about them (right to access), and a request to erase their personal identifiers (right to erasure) — statutory examination records are retained under a separate lawful basis. Named-DPO appointment and statutory retention schedules remain production items.
